7 Simple Habits That Can Resolve 80% Of Your Issues
Our personalities are shaped by our habits. We cannot do every action consciously; instead, our brain accomplishes activities through the subconscious component, which we just do without much thought.
1. Establish a Morning Ritual
Create a morning routine for yourself. It is beneficial to practice getting up early in order to prepare for the day.
Make time for physical activity. Set aside time for meditation. The more you do it, the better your life will become.

2. Detoxification of Social Media
Keep track of time when you are engrossed in your phone; the best solution is to set a timer while you are engrossed in your phone.
Spend an hour without touching your phone or television and take note of how much you appreciate it.
3. Establish non-negotiables
It means that you must fulfill the duties that you have set for yourself. These are my non-negotiables.
- Morning walk of 20 minutes.
- 10 minutes of meditation.
- Showers that are icy. 10 minutes of writing
- An hour before bed, no screen time.
- 2 hours before going to bed, no meals.
- Stretching.
4. If anything can be done in 5 minutes or less, do it.
If you can accomplish anything in less than 5 minutes, do it right immediately.
Getting those easy jobs completed as soon as possible saves a lot of clutter and worry later on.
5. Get Enough Sleep
You can't enjoy or enhance your life if you don't get adequate sleep.
You must obtain adequate rest for your body and mind in order to do all of your tasks on time.
Sleep deprivation makes you irritable and impairs your ability to focus.

6. Adhere to the 80/20 Rule
Invest the majority of your energy and time on projects that have a significant influence on your productivity.
Only 20% of the activities provide 80% of the results.
7. Make a plan for your day the night before.
Prepare everything you'll need for the morning.
When everything is organized and readily available, things appear to be simpler.
It will rest your thoughts before going to bed, and you will sleep comfortably since you have prioritized your tasks.
