High Protein Yogurt Parfait Recipe For A Potluck Weight Loss Fitness Blog

If you have a Church function, a family reunion, a family dinner, a work potluck, or bring -a dish to attend, this recipe for Yogurt Parfait is not only a dish that won’t ruin your diet, but it also feeds several people.  It is a healthy dish and one that most people won’t duplicate at a function.
The main ingredient in this dish is Greek Yogurt, which makes this a high protein dish.  Greek Yogurt is a very creamy texture and has a high protein content.  It has twice as much protein as regular yogurt but is about the same calories as the regular yogurt.  It also doesn’t separate the water like the regular yogurt does, and works the best in this recipe.
The fruits you want to pick for your recipe are ones that you like, because almost all fruits are very healthy for you.  Take note, banana’s are higher in calorie count and they do turn brown if not eaten right away, even if you do prepare them with lemon juice to keep from browning.  The best fruits are a combination of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.
Another ingredient you want to use is granola.  Granola can be expensive, so a hint is to mix some grapenuts and kellogg’s bran buds in with some granola cereal to give it more density.
